This application is provided to allow citizens to easily report certain non-emergency incidents. This method should not be used for:

1. In-progress crimes;
2. Crimes in which there is any known suspect information (e.g. name; gender; race; etc.) or suspect vehicle information (e.g. make; model; color);
3. Incidents in which someone was injured; or
4. If an officer should be dispatched to the crime location.
